Public disciplinary decisions involving issues that are not routine are summarized below together with all private censures and selected admonishments. Occasionally, articles will appear in this space in lieu of summaries or with fewer of them.

Public Decisions

John Douglas Watson: On February 12, 1990, the Supreme Court suspended the respondent for a period of ninety days, effective thirty days thereafter, and assessed costs of $288.20 against him. The court ordered the lawyer to review the Code of Professional Responsibility ("Code") pertaining to a lawyer's obligation to clients and to participate in six hours of continuing legal education courses devoted to the Code by July 1, 1990.

Jay Mark Finesilver: The court transferred the lawyer to disability inactive status on February 23, 1990.

John Louis Vidakovich: The court immediately suspended the lawyer on February 23, 1990. The suspension will remain in effect until further order of the court.

Raymer Martin Rhodes, II: The court immediately suspended the lawyer on February 26, 1990. The suspension will remain in effect until further order of the court.

Stephen T. Susman: The court disbarred the lawyer on March 5, 1990, and assessed costs of $310.85 against him. The court noted that the disciplinary violations in this case occurred during the time that the lawyer was being disciplined for similar conduct in another case and that it was inconceivable that he was not aware of his misconduct.
