Colorado Bar Association Financial Reports

We have examined the balance sheets of the Colorado Bar Association (a Colorado corporation, not for profit) at June 30, 1985 and 1984 and the related statements of support, revenues and expenses, statements of changes in membership equity and statements of changes in financial position for the years then ended. Our examinations were made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly included such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances.

In our opinion the aforementioned financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Colorado Bar Association at June 30, 1985 and 1984 and the results of its operations, changes in membership equity and changes in financial position for the years then ended in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a consistent basis after restatement for the change, with which we concur, in accounting for vacation pay.
