1983, September, Pg. 1423. A COLTAF UPDATE
The first Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 1, 1983, at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs.
The meeting will be in the El Pomar Room at 9:30 AM. Please plan to attend this important organizational meeting. The agenda will include:
The election of three members to the COLTAF Board of Directors.*
The election of Officers.*
*All individual lawyers and members of law firms who are enrolled in COLTAF are members of the Foundation and are eligible to vote.
Participation in the Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation ("COLTAF") continues to grow at a steady pace. Presently, over 500 Colorado lawyers are members of the Foundation, either through individual enrollment or that of their law firm. Numerous financial institutions across the state have demonstrated their support of this beneficial program as well. Over $2,800 has been deposited with the Foundation as a result of the interest earned on nominal or short-term trust accounts. The lawyers and law firms currently participating in COLTAF are as follows:
