Bankruptcy Practice: May 14, 1977Bankruptcy Judge Glen E. Keller and Thomas Seawell, a Denver practitioner, have planned a comprehensive program on Bankruptcy Practice for businesses and individuals. Designed to refamiliarize bankruptcy attorneys with many of the substantive and procedural aspects of bankruptcy, this one-day program will cover topics of importance to individuals representing businesses in financial difficulties and individuals in similar circumstances. Domestic Relations Practice: June 10, 1977Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc. and the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association are sponsoring a one-day program on current issues in domestic relations practice. Subjects to be covered include pre- and post-nuptial agreements; restraining orders; child custody; working with an accountant on the valuation of a closely held business; and tax aspects of dissolution settlements.
