Separate notices, announcing each program will be mailed to all attorneys. Since planning delays occur from time to time, these dates and topics are subject to change. However, sufficient advance notice will be provided either through separate mailings or the "Calender of Events" in The Colorado Lawyer.

Annual Real Estate Program: January 22, 1977, DenverThis year's program will focus on the drafting, examination and litigation aspects of residential, commercial and farm and ranch leases. Also included will be the tax consequence of leases and leasehold financing.

Tort Litigation: February 5, 1977, DenverA review of current trends in this law practice area. Special attention will be paid to the decision to accept a malpractice action.

Civil Rights Litigation: February 25, 1977, DenverThe many different types of litigation that can be brought on behalf of clients will be examined, including: Employment Discrimination, Housing Discrimination, Sex Discrimination, Federal Funding and actions based on a deprivation of civil rights under Colorado law. Provisions for attorneys fees will also be covered.

Colorado Probate System: March 12, 1977, DenverWorking in conjunction with Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc., James Wade, a Denver lawyer, has developed an estate administration "system." This system will involve checklists, sample forms, detailed instructions and other practice aids that will greatly simplify and clarify Colorado estate administration procedure. This comprehensive manual will be available on the day of the program and the author, along with members of an advisory committee that have been assisting him, will make a detailed presentation on its application.

Intellectual Property: March 26, 1977, DenverA review of the current developments in Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Licensing, Unfair Competition and other areas that have a potential impact on the practice of a general practitioner.
