Last month in this Newsletter we told you that the Family Law Section's copy of the Family Law Reporter was now available at the offices of Continuing Legal Education, 646 Metropolitan Building, 1612 Court Place. In our continuing efforts to entice you to make use of this service, we would like to ask you the following questions:

1. Do you know if a court in a dissolution action is bound by a separation agreement which antedates the action?

2. Do you know which law controls the issue of the validity of a second marriage for tax purposes? Who was the surviving spouse for marital deduction purposes?

3. Is the race of an intended stepparent relevant in a custody determination? Have you heard of a constitutional guaranty called "personal liberty interest?"

4. Can a child be sent to a correctional facility for a longer period of time than an adult convicted of the same offense?

5. Does inflation equal "change of circumstance" sufficient to justify modification of a child support order?

6. Is cohabitation alone a sufficient factor for termination of alimony?

7. Are stock options property to be divided in a dissolution? And if so, how do you do it? Where do you find the regulations for implementation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974?

8. What about the Married Women's Property Act when it comes time for a dissolution? And finally, how far can you go in a pre-marital contract in planning for a possible future divorce?
