Pursuant to ARTICLE X of the By- Board of Directors of the Metropolitan laws of Metropolitan Lawyer Referral Lawyer Referral Service, Inc., hereby Service, Inc., and upon motion being adopt the following Panel Membership first duly made, seconded and passed at Rules and Regulations: a duly constituted Board meeting, the
1. Panel Membership Qualification. The Board of Directors shall approve Panel Membership of any attorney in good standing in the Colorado Bar Association provided he meets the following additional requirements:
(a) He must maintain current registration with the Colorado Supreme Court as a licensed attorney in compliance with CRCP 227, as it may be amended.
(b) He must be presently engaged in the full time private practice of law, apart from any other job or business, and must have an office separate from a residence located in the certifying referral district suitable for the reception of clients during business hours. If a Panel Member has offices in more than one referral district he shall elect and designate only one "full time" office at which he will receive clients.
(c) He must be approved and certified for Panel Membership by a designated officer, or other appointed official of his participating bar association.
(d) He must provide continuing current evidence of professional liability insurance in an amount not less than that established by the Board.
(e) He shall personally certify that he is competent in any area of law in which he requests that clients be referred or designate areas of law in which he will not accept clients.
(f) Upon requesting initial Panel Membership, and at any time requested thereafter, he shall submit to interrogation and/or examination and shall submit such evidence of competency as may be required by the Board in such form as the Board may prescribe.
(g) He shall abide by all rules and regulations promulgated by the Board, his participating bar association, and the Code of Professional Responsibility as amended.
2. Panel Membership Suspension or Termination. The Board shall have authority to suspend or terminate membership of any Panel Member upon written notice and hearing wherein...
