The monographs include M extended discussion of tax considerations, plus articles on fathers' rights in abortion, standards for family lawyers, removal of children in abuse and mglect cases. Specific portions can be checked out in person or by mail for one week. This service will be paid for out of your Family Law Section dues.

Approximately weekly we get a survey and analysis of court opinions and legislation for the entire country. Just to whet your appetite, I might tell you' that in the June 22 edition, we learned the following: A father can be held responsible for the cost of treatment for a child's obesity problem under a clause which requires him to be responsible for medical bills of an unemancipated child. In this case, that amounted to $3,700 (Florida).
