Any additional programs, as well as numerous video presentations throughout the state, will be announced as they are scheduled.

Environmental Law II-September 11, 1976, Vail, ColoradoFor the second year, the Environmental Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and Continuing Legal Education In Colorado, Inc. are joining to present this program on developments in environmental laws that affect the practice of law in Colorado. During the afternoon sessions special emphasis will be placed on environmental laws as they impact on real estate development. Subjects dealing with air quality, water quality, land use legislation, and water resource development will also be covered.

Colorado Practice Institute---October 22-23, 1976, Denver and BoulderThe Young Lawyer's Section of the Colorado Bar Association and Continuing Legal Education In Colorado, Inc. again present the annual Colorado Practice Institute for young lawyers. This one and one-half day program focuses on seven basic law practice areas of interest to the "younger" practitioner. This year's subjects include: obtaining and collecting a judgment; civil trial practice; office management; estate planning; criminal law; real estate contract drafting, lease examination, handling a closing; and buying and selling small businesses. This program annually attracts over 400 lawyers and has continually been one of the most successful presentations sponsored by Continuing Legal Education.

Equal Employment Opportunity Practice-October 30, 1976, DenverWith the cooperation of the Denver office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, this program will cover the basic elements of trying an equal employment opportunity case. The beginning practitioner will be instructed on how to begin litigation, how to work with the Commission in preparing a case and the necessary forms needed for the prosecution of such a case.
