How to JoinYou may join MLRS by application and payment of a $25.00 per year subscription fee. You must be presently engaged in the full-time practice of law and have an office suitable for the reception of clients, be approved and certified for panel membership by your participating bar association, produce evidence of professional liability insurance, and certify as to your competence in the areas of law in which you request referral of clients.

How Does MLRS Work?When a prospective client calls MLRS, the client is interviewed to determine the nature of the problem involved. A list of attorneys in the client's area of the city is consulted and an appointment is made for a time mutually convenient for both attorney and...
