During the past two years, fourteen live programs have been recorded, transcribed to cassettes, and made available to members of the Colorado Bar Association.

Efforts have been made to ascertain the opinions of users of these cassette programs as to the usefulness and worth of the programs, and we are pleased to report that a large majority reported that they are pleased with these programs and intend to continue to use them.

The decision has been made to take two additional steps that we hope will be helpful to the legal profession in Colorado. The first is a re-pricing downward of the fourteen cassette programs that are now available. Future programs will be priced on a comparable basis---that is, only modestly in excess of the actual cost to CLE. The modest margin of profit is to absorb overhead and to contribute to the growth of services to be offered by CLE. The second step involves establishing regional libraries of CLE materials. You will hear more about this in a later issue of The Colorado Lawyer.

It is customary to furnish outlines or course materials to registrants attending live programs. We recommend that users of the cassette programs also use these printed materials. The printed materials are still available for most of the fourteen cassette programs and when ordered with the cassette programs may be obtained at a cost of $5.00 each, limited to one copy for each cassette order.
