Let me extend my congratulations on the Association's newest venture, The Colorado Lawyer. In format, style and content, it is a most useful tool and very nicely fills the void created by the demise of Dicta.Very truly yours,

Gentlemen:

I would like to express a few comments concerning The Colorado Lawyer which is now being prepared by the Bar Association and supplied to all members. I find the articles of considerable interest and well worth reading and many of them are worthy of saving and filing away for future reference.

However, the publication is quite bulky....

I realize many law offices probably do not receive the Pacific advance sheets and possibly these reprints are valuable to them . . . but with limited office space for a library, it is almost impossible to keep and retain every issue of The Colorado Lawyer.

As a result I have found that I must remove by tearing the interesting articles each month and throw away the balance....

Possibly no other members of the Association have encountered this or a similar problem, but so far as I am concerned, the printing and reprinting of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions is a waste of money and I would like to have more in the way of articles...
