Saturday, April 29, 1972, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and Continuing Legal Education in Colorado will present an Institute on Domestic Relation Practice, to be held in the auditorium of the University of Denver Law Center.

During the day, six topics will be covered that should be of interest to many members of the profession outside of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Brochures containing registration applications have been mailed to all members of the Colorado Bar Association.

Functions of CLE in Colorado, Inc.

Inquiries and comments that have come to the attention of Continuing Legal Education in Colorado show that many members of the Colorado Bar Association do not understand the various service roles that are performed by CLE. Basically there are three types of functions:(1) Working directly with committees or sections of the Colorado Bar or Denver Bar and assuming the responsibility for all administrative details in production of a program or material. This would be an activity solely sponsored by CLE. The Annual Survey of Colorado Law is an example of this.

(2) Working jointly with another state or national entity involved in Continuing Legal Education and furnishing whatever administrative support is requested for the local production of the program or...
