19-22 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING SHORT FORM - PZD

1. The applicant (owner or authorized agent) shall appear at the Department of Planning and Development, and complete the required application forms. These consist of (A) rezoning application to deal with establishment of Planned Zoning Development (PZD) classification; (B) preliminary plat application.

2. The applicant shall submit as part of the application: (A) three copies of a recent survey, prepared by a professional surveyor. The survey must be dated no more than five years prior to the date of submittal of the application. (B) 18 copies of a site plan, folded to legal size.
