19-01 INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING APPLICATION FOR REZONING

NOTE: THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND THESE FORMS ARE BASED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. OTHER MUNICIPALITIES MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT PROCESS, THE FORMS MAY DIFFER, OR THE DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH LAND USE APPLICATIONS AND DETERMINATIONS MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT NAME. PRIOR TO MAKING ANY APPLICATION FOR REZONING, CHECK WITH THE APPLICABLE DEPARTMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITITY AND REVIEW THE CITY ZONING ORDINANCES.

1. The applicant (owner or authorized agent) shall appear at the Department of Planning and Development, [address], and complete the required application forms. Please note, some applications may be filed online or submitted by e-mail.

2. The applicant shall submit as part of the application six copies of a survey prepared by a professional surveyor. The survey may be dated no more than five years prior to the date of submittal of the application. [PLEASE NOTE: SOME MUNICIPALITIES DO NOT REQUIRE SUBMITTAL OF RECENT SURVEYS.
