Pool v. Sebastian County, Ark., 418 F.3d 934 (8th Cir. 2005). A county inmate sued jail officials under [section] 1983 alleging that her miscarriage resulted from the officials' deliberate indifference to her serious medical needs, in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
