V. (§17.9) Failure to Post

Section 287.127.1, RSMo Supp. 2018, requires that employers post notices setting out:

• that the employer is operating under and subject to The Workers’ Compensation Law, Chapter 287, RSMo;

• that injuries and occupational illness or disease must be promptly reported to the employer;
