D. (§17.23) Premium Fraud
“Any person who knowingly misrepresents any fact in order to obtain workers’ compensation insurance at less than the proper rate for that insurance shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.” Section 287.128.6, RSMo Supp. 2018. Any person who has previously pled guilty to or has been found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this section and who subsequently violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class E felony.
