C. (§17.22) Health Care Providers
The fraud provisions for health care providers are set out in § 287.129, RSMo Supp. 2018; any person violating those provisions is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and liable for a special fine up to $20,000. Section 287.129.4. A person who has previously pled guilty or been found guilty of these violations is guilty of a class E felony. Id.
