D. (§17.18) Type of Newspaper
No definition of the word "newspaper" is given in the context of the notice requirements contained in § 443.320, RSMo 2016. It has been specifically held that a newspaper limited to "legal" news is qualified to publish notices of foreclosure sales. Judah v. Pitts, 62 S.W.2d 715 (Mo. 1933).
