IX. (§17.16) Fraud
The provisions of the fraud statutes in Chapter 287, RSMo, apply to employers and employees, insurers, and health care providers. Sections 287.128 and 287.129, RSMo 2016.
Until December 31, 2016, violations of § 287.128.1 and .2 were class D felonies, and violations of § 287.128.3 were class A misdemeanors.
