VII. (§17.14) Failure to Honor Subpoenas
The Division of Workers’ Compensation (the Division), any administrative law judge of the Division, and the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission “have power to issue process, subpoena witnesses, administer oaths, examine books and papers, and require the production thereof, and to cause the deposition” of witnesses to be taken and the costs thereof paid as other costs under Chapter 287, RSMo. Section 287.560, RSMo 2016.
