2. (§16.6) Involvement of Multiple Attorneys
The percentage or sum certain limits on attorney fees apply whether the injured worker is represented by a single attorney or multiple attorneys through a combined effort. The same applies to an attorney who had performed services for the injured worker but was fired or has withdrawn prior to completion of the claim. See 8 C.S.R. 20-3.060.
