B. (§16.14) Contempt Under Chapter 536, RSMo
Section 287.811, RSMo 2016, provides several sections of Chapter 536, RSMo, that explicitly do not govern discovery under the Law. But an additional contempt provision of the administrative procedure act—§ 536.095, RSMo 2016, states:
In any hearing in a contested case before an agency created by the constitution or state statute if any person acts or refuses to act in such manner that a contempt of court would have been committed if the case were a civil action...
