C. (§16.10) Costs Under § 287.560, RSMo
While prior decisions had concluded that attorney fees were not included within the statutory language of § 287.560, RSMo 2016, more recent decisions following the Supreme Court of Missouri decision in Landman v. Ice Cream Specialties, Inc., 107 S.W.3d 240, 252 (Mo. banc 2003) (overruled in part on other grounds by Hampton v. Big Boy Steel Erection, 121 S.W.3d 220 (Mo. banc 2003)), now recognize the application of fees in addition to other costs.
