Language, facts, themes are most memorable when given a rhythm or cadence and repeated three times. Illustratively, in the O.J. Simpson case cross-examination of the prosecution’s criminalist extracted concessions that the criminalist should be:

1. Careful;
2. Methodical;
3. Observant.
