§ 15.7 Attorneys' Fees Awards Under the Arizona Minimum Wages for Minors Act
A.R.S. §§ 23-311 to -329 establishes the minimum fair wage rates for minor children in Arizona. It authorizes the Industrial Commission of Arizona to investigate the wages being paid to minors in a particular occupation to ascertain whether any substantial number of minors in that occupation are receiving "oppressive and unreasonable wages."
