§ 15.2.1.2 Attorneys' Fees
In any action or proceeding under this statute, the court may allow the prevailing party, other than the Arizona Civil Rights Division, to be awarded "a reasonable attorney's fee as part of the costs." A.R.S. § 41-1481(J). The determination of an attorneys' fee award must begin with the calculation of the prevailing party's reasonable attorneys' fees. Timmons v. City of Tucson, 171 Ariz. 350, 357, 830 P.2d 871, 878 (App. 1991).
