14.2 WHERE ARE THE RULES

The rules are now set forth in Part Two of the Rules of Supreme Court of Virginia. They may be found on the Internet at www.courts.state.va.us/courts/scv/rulesofcourt.pdf. ¹

The Rules of Evidence consist of seventy-one rules (excluding sub-parts) set out in eleven Articles:
