§ 13.4.1.2 Conservator's Attorneys' Fees after Death of the Protected Person

In Treadway v. Montague-Elliston, 138 Ariz. 133, 673 P.2d 331 (App. 1983), the court of appeals upheld the trial court's ruling that a conservator's administrative expenses, including those incurred after the death of the protected person, "may be paid from the conservatorship estate after the death of the ward," and are not required to be submitted as claims against the decedent's estate. Id. at 134, 672 P.2d at 332.
