13.2.2.1 Full Faith and Credit

United States Constitution article IV, § 1 states that “Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts . . . of every other state.” The statutes of a state, such as its workers’ compensation laws, are “public acts” within the meaning of this provision.
