§ 12.5.2 Exclusions
Government-owned vehicle exclusions (excluding coverage where the injury-causing vehicle is government-owned) are invalid in the UM context. Transportation Ins. Co. v. Martinez, 183 Ariz. 33, 37, 899 P.2d 194, 199 (App. 1995). See also McClellan v. Sentry Indem. Co., 140 Ariz. 558, 683 P.2d 757 (App. 1984).
