B. (§12.3) Complaint Process
Sworn complaints against licensees can be submitted to the MREC, which is then charged with investigating the allegations. The MREC can also initiate complaints against a licensee. 20 C.S.R. 2250-9.010(1)–(3). In conducting an investigation, the MREC, "in its discretion, may request the licensee under investigation to answer the charges in writing and to produce relevant documentary evidence." 20 C.S.R. 2250-9.020.
