C. (§12.14) Dual Agency

Dual agency is discussed in §12.10 above. Section 339.750, RSMo 2016, addresses the specific duties and obligations for a licensee engaging in dual agency. As previously stated, a licensee can only be a dual agent with the consent of all parties to a transaction.
