B. (§10.6) Neglect

Add the following paragraph after the second paragraph in the original section:

Sections 211.021(2) and 211.031.1(1), now RSMo Supp. 2019, will change January 1, 2021, to define a child as “a person under 18 years of age.”

Add the following sentences to the sixth paragraph of the original section:
