10-24 ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY AD LITEM

Now on this day comes the above-captioned matter, and the Court does hereby appoint [ad litem name] as the Attorney Ad Litem (hereinafter "AAL") for the minor child[ren] in this matter and ORDER as follows:

1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter herein.

2. The appointment of an AAL is necessary to represent the best interests of the parties' minor child[ren], [children's names or initials and ages], pursuant to Act 708 of 1999 codified at Ark. Code Ann. § 9-13-101(e) & § 9-13-106.

3. The AAL will file an Entry of Appearance in this case.

4. Upon entry of this Order, the AAL shall have a duty to conduct an investigation and otherwise follow the standards set forth in Administrative Order Number 15 of the Arkansas Supreme Court, which shall include, at a minimum, conferring with the minor child[ren]...
