Add the following paragraph after the first paragraph in the original section:

Section 211.031.1(2) and (3), RSMo Supp. 2019, will change on January 1, 2021, and the juvenile court may exercise jurisdiction over a juvenile until he or she reaches the age of 18. This is also subject to § 211.438, RSMo Supp. 2019, which states, “[e]xpanding services from seventeen years of age to eighteen years of age is a new service and shall not be effective until an appropriation...
