§ 1.6.7 THE FEE AGREEMENT

The fee application should describe the fee agreement between the attorney and client. Revised Rule 54(g)(4) now requires this. The fee application should disclose the agreed upon hourly rate charged (or rates, in the case of multiple attorneys) and state the client has paid or agreed to pay the charges for the itemized services.
