§ 1.4.3 Filing of Transcripts. When transcripts are not timely filed with the supreme court, the staff attorneys’ office will send an email to the court reporter/transcriber requesting the transcripts within 10 days. If the transcripts are not filed within that time period, a staff attorney will send another email to the court reporter/transcriber and the managing court reporter specifying another due date. If the court reporter/transcriber does not comply with that due date, the staff attorney may recommend that the court issue an order to show cause (OSC) or file a complaint with the Court Reporter Certification Program, Certification and Licensing Division, of the supreme court.
