This treatise discusses the tort of Interference with Contractual Relations as it exists in the State of Arizona. Because the majority of jurisdictions also rely heavily upon or have adopted the Restatement (Second) of Torts with respect to this tort, this treatise will provide an invaluable tool in other states.
