1.3 OFFICE-SHARING
Lawyers who are not members or associates of a common partnership or professional corporation may not share offices unless all listings, signs, and letterheads make it clear that there is no commonentity relationship among them. 26 This prohibition specifically includes attorney-owned ancillary businesses, such as attorney-owned title agencies and nonlegal consulting firms. 27
