The Court of Appeals has non-adjudicatory responsibilities also. It has the power to adopt rules governing the admission of attorneys to the practice of law.¹¹⁸ As part of its authority to regulate the procedure for admission of attorneys, the Court appoints the Board of Law Examiners, the body officially responsible for the administration of the bar examination.¹¹⁹
