1.201 Districts and Divisions.
For the Eastern District boundaries, see E.D. Va. Civ. R. 3(A) 1 and 28 U.S.C. § 127(a). For the Western District boundaries, see W.D. Va. Gen. R. 2(a) 2 and 28 U.S.C. § 127(b).
1.202 Court Locations.
In the Eastern District, courts are located in Alexandria, Newport News, Norfolk, and Richmond. 3 In the Western District, they are located in Abingdon, Big Stone Gap, Charlottesville, Danville, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, and Roanoke. 4
