1.12 RIGHT OF OWNER TO REPURCHASE
Pursuant to section 25.1-108 of the Virginia Code, if a condemnor (other than VDOT) declares property surplus, the condemnor must offer the property for repurchase to the former owner, heirs, or assigns.
