MOTION FOR A BILL OF PARTICULARS

Defendant moves for a bill of particulars and states:

1. The felony information is insufficient to apprise Defendant of the nature and manner of the specific act or acts [he/she] is alleged to have committed.

2. Under Ark. Const., art. 2, § 10 the accused has the right "to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation against him, and to have a copy thereof." [He/She] is also entitled to know of the details of the accusation under the due process clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Ark. Const., art. 2, § 8 and [his/her] fair trial rights under due process and, more specifically, Ark. Const., art. 2, § 10.
