06-56 OPTIONAL AMENDMENT: ELECTING TO BE GOVERNED UNDER 1987 ACT
The corporation shall no longer be organized under the provisions of Act 576 of 1965, but instead shall be organized under the provisions of Act 958 of 1987, entitled "Arkansas Business Corporation Act of 1987."
