06-10 OPTIONAL PROVISION: DELAYING EFFECTIVE DATE OF INCORPORATION
The existence of the corporation shall be delayed from the date of filing of these articles of incorporation with the secretary of state until [date], which is a date no later than the 90th day after the date of this filing.
