06-08 BASIC ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION CONTAINING OPTIONAL PROVISIONS

The undersigned person[s] hereby state[s] the following in order to form a corporation pursuant to the Arkansas Business Corporation Act (Act 958 of 1987):
