SEED GROWER CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT entered into this [day] day of [month, year], between [grower name] ("GROWER") and [company name] ("COMPANY").

In consideration of the mutual obligations herein and of the agreement of each of the parties, the respective parties agree as follows:
