§ 69.04 RELIEF

Absent evidence to the contrary, there is a presumption that property held as tenants in common, when partitioned, will be divided equally. In re Marriage ofMonaghan, 78 Wn. App. 918, 899 P.2d 841 (1995) (citing Cummings v. Anderson, 94 Wn.2d 135, 141, 614 P.2d 1283 (1980)).
